Could you confirm if you have any of the following health issues: eyes, kidney stones or UTI, headaches, neck pain or stiffness, teeth issues?
Do you have any food/drink addictions? Eating a lot of junk or fast food?
Are you overly obsessive about your work- like doing it perfectly and in a very organized way? Paperwork in order etc.?
Did your grandfather have any depression or drinking addictions?
Are you in any construction related work or deal with heavy machinery?
2020-2023 you were under extreme pressure and stress probably related to finances/investments? And it is still going on?
June-sep 2025, did you get into any major problems at work? Major argumnets or ego issues?

When did you lose your last job?
