I’ve been with my girlfriend for over two and a half years. Although we have some personality differences, we care deeply about each other, and when we’re together, our relationship is genuinely happy.
The problem has always been our real-life circumstances, which keep forcing us apart. She’s been preparing for an important exam, her family has been putting pressure on her, and she also waited for me during my military service. There have been repeated periods where we’ve had to be apart because of circumstances beyond our control. Even so, we’ve always found our way back to each other.
Right now, we’re taking some time apart until the end of August because of her current situation.
