Why regular job loss, financial issues ?

My birth date 15.05.1966.
Time of birth. 1.03 pm
Place of birth : mumbai , Maharashtra

Why am I facing regular job loss issue - almost every 4 to 5 years ? All saved resources than used up during unemployment so than to start again from zero.
Was told that I have kal sarp yog . Not sure if I believed it at that time( 15 years back ) .
Please advise/help
