I suggested Shiva's mantra for chanting for convenience otherwise your secondary Ishta is also Indra and Kali.
In my opinion Between April 2028 to June 2029.

I personally believe you would do great in the defense forces or any other aggressive role. Government job possibilities are very strong in your birth chart.

Having said that, Saturn will transit over your Dasha lord Venus making things difficult for the time being so it will be a bit of a struggle unless you start meditating which I am sure you already do given your 8th Ketu or at least strongly inclined to.

Yes, it is a rare chart. Haven't seen one of these in a while.
I will explain why I say its rare.
First you have Jupiter exalted in 4th house kendra and also Moon in a friendly sign and in trikona. This is a good placement.
You have exalted Mars in kendra, 10th house and you also have Sun exalted that again in Kendra.
Venus exalted in 12th house, has a few drawbacks but that makes it 4 exalted planets in your chart.
That is a Kings or a highly respected Spiritual guru's Birth chart.
You can be a better astrologer than me. I have been learning since 1996. You can make better predictions than me within a year if you develop interest and study.
