What's reason of difference in charts in western and Vedic astrology?

In Vedic astrology, I have a Leo ascendant and in western I have a virgo ascendant. In Vedic I have mars in fourth house and in western I have mars in third house . This difference is a bit baffling so I would appreciate if someone could enlighten me about this
My birth details are below-
Dob - 15 November 2008
Birth time somewhere around 1:35 to 1:45 AM
Birth place - Akola Maharashtra, India

Western and Vedic charts differ because they use different zodiacs. Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac based on seasons, while Vedic uses the sidereal zodiac aligned with actual star positions, creating about a 24 degree shift.
