What is my chances to settle back to my country

Namaste sir my date of birth is 10/11/1985, place- kanpur(up) India and time1:25 pm . I am living from 2015 outside India, my husband don't want to come back just want to know, is their chances I settle back to India and when? Dhanyawad

Relations with mother is fine but with father is not good from very starting and outside influence what kind sir, i dont have outside influence

Dhanyawad sir. Parents are aging and my mother health was very bad last year that's why wanted to go back now , my husband date of birth- 21/11/1984, place-sarangpur(mp) india and time-4:45 am and please if you can help and tell from his . Regards
 
@Webyogi 's analysis above is absolutely spot on and I do not have more to add to it to be honest. To me your permanent return looks unlikely due to upcoming Shani dash carrying similar traits as your current Jupiter dash although you will have to do more hard work thats all.

In my opinion, in your 4th house (mother) Rahu (current sub period) is placed and being aspected by 8th house lord Surya and thus Malavaya yoga is blemished. If possible, unblemished diamond (not in gold or copper) may be somewhat helpful to your mother’s health but do not assume that it will overcome the age factor.
