Starting a Farm: Is It a Good Idea? Astrology & Financial Insights

Hello everyone! I've been in a relationship for a few years now, and my in-laws gave me the opportunity to start a farm on their land. I have a huge passion for nature and animals, and this would be an absolute dream. I have a packed second house, and an eight house stellium too, which I bring up because the initial investment towards getting this whole thing going would come solely from my father-in-law. Is this a good idea? Is there anything in my chart that could be related to this situation? I want to be very careful about this decision. I'd integrate a small children's farm (small animals kids and school can come to see, feed, pet, etc.) and would love to run a place where kids can come not only to have fun and learn something about animals, but do some pet therapy too.

Oh wow... yes, I'm the oldest child and I indeed have a younger sister (and a step-sister on my father's side but we have no communication between us)
