i was the manager at a coaching institute and did some freelancing work for an ielts institute.
Get ready for hard work starting End of September. For that you will have to start job hunting aggressively well in advance, if I was you I would start right away.

It is less about Mercury, more to do with 7th lord Saturn sitting in 12th house Cancer and getting a 4th aspect from Mars and 5th aspect from Rahu. Sun is also giving its 7th aspect to 7th Lord Saturn.
