Hello,

I am placed at very good company but my work is too overwhelming and my boss is outrightly very aggressive since Jan25 onwards.
My father is also on bed

Hello,

I am placed at very good company but my work is too overwhelming and my boss is outrightly very aggressive since Jan25 onwards.
My father is also on bed.

Last week I had been told to either find a new role in the same company or find something outside or it will impact my compensation if I stay back given that I joined a completely new role two years back and now my employer feels I am not performing that well.

Question:
1. When can I expect a new job ? I plan to quit and take some break to spend time with my father and help my mother and then find a new job in the meantime. I am yet to quit.
2. Due to all the above, my health has taken a toll so when and how can I better my health

It was not that great, struggle in terms of travel, very small organisation , six days week of working , very less salary and a bundled job profile.
But had a senior teaching well so could survive there
 
Then there is no reason to have a bad time during Saturn's influence. Please try to remember correctly, apart from extra work load was that period of good success or was it not?
 
It was my first job so I was working with passion but was not happy with it overall, stayed at that organisation for 3.5 years. it was a small organisation.
 
It helped me get a new job but while I was there it was gain on personal knowledge but was not at all happy staying there
 
Also quit that job in Jan 22 and took a break of six months and got a new job in June 22.
So we can say June 22 was fantastic
