I want help regarding my divorce prediction.
I am currently going through a very tense divorce proceedings with lot of manipulation from my wife. When will I get completely free of all the false accusations and win the case. I want to know this, and if there is any scope for remarriage and stability in my life.
Currently Venus mahadasha and Saturn Antardasha is going on for me as per the forum.
 
Since how long has this divorce proceeding been going on?

I filed for custody of my son during April-21, in response to that my wife filed 498-A, DV, all full of lies and manipulation,
I recently filed for divorce on mental cruelty grounds.
498-A and DV are case of physical abuse only.

Sir, I am working in IT sector only, I have graduated from Computer science only from IIT. Till 2020, my life was pretty smooth apart from two minor surgeries due to accident.
But these legal litigations have drawn out my soul and peace of mind.
I did consult local astrologer prior to marriage and he told me that this girl is lucky for me and sanskari and everything. But she changed suddenly after few months of marriage, she rarely lived with me after our son's birth, I did catch her with someone on one occassion, I confronted her mother but they just supported her.
 
Is there a demand for money from her side?

To be honest it looks like a lengthy process to me, I might be wrong, I am not perfect.

But that amount I can't afford, I want to fight the case on merit. Kindly look into the chart and transits from that perspective and any remedy regarding it.

There is plenty of hope , prosperity and happiness in future. Dont worry about that.

Your chart however shows sign of a short imprisonment or arrest, has that already happened? If not, a simple remedy can avoid that. Let me know.
 
Imprisonment? For what? I dint commit any crime.
No I have been already granted bail in 498-A and trail is going on.
 
A Remedy for good measures : Find a police station near by, they all have RO water filters, ask if you can have a glass of water and just drink a glass of water. Job done. Its a time tested remedy even for extreme cases, yours is minor.
 
Any police station, no need to even ask there. Just go in and find where they have water source and drink a glass that is all you need to do. No one will object.

I have not taken a single penny from her parent or anyone, whatever little I earned, I earned by myself. I don't even take anything from my parent either. She herself left me by her choice. All I wanted was visitation for my kid. She denied me even that and put all sorts of case on me. Will I see justice sooner or later? Will I be able to win these cases?
She did demanded a huge amount of money to settle it but I won't be able to pay it...
Kindly please just provide me insight.
 
This case you have mentioned will be in your favor, may have to pay up some money to some one but eventually you will be satisfied with the verdict.
 
You will have to pay some money to resolve the case from my understanding. Expenses and losses are written in your charts related to marriage. Only suggestion try to resolve the case by finding the middle ground or it might take long to win the case but you will win the case from my understanding
