So the murder took place in July 2024, then my son was arrested and incarcerated on January 28, 2025.
Since then he has remained in pre-trial detention.
The investigation is still ongoing and we do not yet have a trial date.
We are trying to get a release with our lawyer from the Judge but it is proving difficult.
The murder was committed by another man who confessed to the accident.
My son has some complicity because he only drove the vehicle.

Right now some sort of communication from him will bring relief, cant say to whom or what but it looks like a letter or application most likely electronic communication of some sorts.
