Career progress and health

So i was diagnosed with a type of cancer last year (Hodgkin's Lymphoma). It came out of nowhere and it took almost 6 months to be actually diagnosed but by God's grace and Doctor's guidance, i got treated for it last year. I have ever since been a little paranoid for my health. I'm just 29 and the thought of being severely ill again haunts me. Also my career has stagnated since the last year or so. Despite my efforts I haven't progressed how I would want it to. I work as a research assistant in an university along with pursuing my PhD in Photonics/Optical engineering. Can anyone guide me on how my health and career progression looks like ?

Second half of this year onwards you will do well overall health and career front.
First half this year, health focus is needed, career pursuits might not be that fruitful dear.

Thank you again. Do you see a reason in my chart why i got sick and should i be concerned about my health in the future particularly about a relapse and getting severly ill again?
 
Your health might be at risk due to Saturn and Jupiter's transit affecting your 1st house. In your birth chart, the 1st house is weak with 2 planets in the 6th house. Be cautious when Saturn or Jupiter transit through Pisces, Taurus, Gemini, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, or Sagittarius. However, transit through Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn might be okay.

These aren't predictions, but periods to watch out for health issues. When both Saturn and Jupiter are in 'not good' signs, take extra care of your health.

I couldn't rectify the chart due to lack of more life events, hence to be more affirmative its best to consider Dasha narratives as well
