My only suggestion to you would be to go see a local LalKitab astrologer , he/she will charge something like Rs100-200 and ask them to have a look at your LalKitab Varsha Kundali. You have got Mars and Saturn in 8th house and Moon in the 3rd. Ask for remedies which will cost another Rs100-200 may be 300 tops and be assured things will change the equation at work and reduce your work load and stress at work and a cordial atmosphere at home aswell.
